The whole staff of MAKINO MUSIC (Taizhou) Center gathered at an outdoor development training base on May 6th, 2012 to start a team building program. The goal of this outdoor training is to promote the impetus of teamwork and to create a chance for staff to know each other better. From experiencing to rethinking, it is a process of learning and growth.
Participators were pided into different groups. In the “Standing Together as One” session, group members named their group, designed their own flag, created slogan and even wrote group theme song. All staff positively engaged in outdoor activities followed.
To certain extent, this outdoor team building program enhanced the leadership and executive ability of MAKINO employees. It also enabled a more profound communication between coworkers, and instilled a more strong sense of responsibility among employees.
The director of MAKINO MUSIC (Taizhou) Center claimed that the promotion of inpidual ability strengthened the effectiveness of a team. Employee is definitely an important treasure of one company. Investing in employee is investing for a company’s future.
