Honorably, I was invited to participate in the first “Meet the Principal” event at the beginning of 2013. I am very curious to be involved in family-school interaction for the first time, and it is of great benefit to me.
Appreciation makes children grow better
People desire to be appreciated in essence. Thus, appreciation plays an indispensable part in children’s growth, which could dig their advantages and motivate cognitive drive. Even when children do something wrong, parents should communicate with children to find where the problem is and how to fix it instead of yelling at children. It is the scientific education way that makes children healthy and happy. So remember to respect, believe and encourage children.
Humanity makes learning happier
This is a society full of utilitarianism and fickleness and few institutes will be like MAKINO MUSIC to treat children and parents with sincerity. “Meet the Principal” does not promote expensive inpidual piano class to us, but share the music education philosophy that “Music education does not aim at shaping children to be musicians, but at passing down the value of humanity”. Children are expected to improve their cultivation and perfect their characters through music learning rather than just take the grading test. The focus on humanity of MAKINO MUSIC is to bring happiness to children.
Team cooperation makes family closer to school
“Meet the Principal” is a platform for interaction between parents and MAKINO MUSIC School. The principal said the reception will be held regularly to share advanced education theory and methods, and explore the practical problems in teaching process. Based on physiological and psychological characteristics, MAKINO MUSIC designs the systematic curriculum combining cultivating interests and humanistic education with skills and performance for children aged 3 to 7.
Through study at MAKINO MUSIC, our children are learning to play piano, to appreciate and compose music, and most important, to be a decent person. After communication, the sophisticated education theory is far from being monotonous and benefit parents to a large extent.
