The five days training session for seven new employees started on August 26th. The training content comprised the introduction to organization structure, salary system, business etiquette, sale management, core products, as well as attendance management, operation, finance and law business.
Training session intends to bridge new employees to the company. New employees can learn the company culture and philosophy much better via thorough orientation during the training session. The founder of MAKINO met the new employees on August 26th. He encouraged everyone to find the shining part of self and do the best in the new career journey.
MAKINO’s new staff training has been pided into two parts: five-day company level training and specific skill training from different departments. New employees will be systematically evaluated after the qualifying period.
